Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WITZ Guardian platform ("Service"), operated by Witz Labs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WITZ Guardian is a monitoring, auditing, and governance platform for autonomous AI agents operating on Base Network (Coinbase L2). The Service provides:

• Real-time transaction monitoring and anomaly detection
• Risk scoring and reputation assessment
• KYA (Know Your Agent) identity verification
• Alert notifications via Telegram, Discord, and email
• On-chain audit trail via smart contracts on Base Network

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers Free, Pro ($49/mo), and Enterprise ($199/mo) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Custody of Funds

WITZ Guardian does NOT custody, control, or have access to any cryptocurrency funds, tokens, or digital assets. The Service is a monitoring and alerting tool only. The Circuit Breaker feature pauses agent activity but does not move or control funds.

6. No Financial Advice

Risk Scores, Reputation Scores, and KYA Certificates are informational tools and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Scores are generated by automated systems (Rule Engine + LSTM Autoencoder) and may contain errors or false positives.

7. Scoring and Certification

Agent scores are computed algorithmically based on on-chain data and behavioral analysis. WITZ Guardian makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores. A high Reputation Score does not guarantee the agent is safe; a high Risk Score does not guarantee the agent is compromised.

8. Intellectual Property

The LSTM Autoencoder model, Rule Engine, scoring algorithms, KYA Protocol, and Sentinel Network architecture are proprietary to Witz Labs. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute these components.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. On-chain data monitored by the Service is publicly available blockchain data. Off-chain data (email, alert preferences) is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witz Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from agent malfunction, delayed alerts, false positives, or false negatives.

11. Sentinel Network

Sentinel Network participants operate as independent contributors, not employees or agents of Witz Labs. Commissions are payments for verified data contributions, not investment returns.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
